Nothing is more fun than getting your hands into some clay - even if you aren't an artist!  Some of our more skeptical guests have spent these workshops laughing, and everyone has concluded this is a fun way to spend the morning, learning about the process behind the art of creating ceramic sculptures.

We will visit the art studios of Paulina Jimenez and Juana Gomez, both of which serve as collectives for the artisans in their community.  We will also enjoy breakfast before our class begins, which offers our guests a chance to really connect with and spend time with Paulina's family.  This is just one more reason we enjoy organizing workshops for our tours - they allow our guests to spend time in the villages, with the locals, rather than merely blinking at them as we pass.
