If you read our reviews, you already know that we are skilled at creating fluid trips that are eclectic and cover a range of activities and interests.  But not everyone likes travelling in groups, or taking a tour.  

 

If you are navigating a trip through Mexico on your own, it can be daunting to understand travel distances, bus exchanges, hotel options or sites of interest.  Many guests have questions about mobility, altitude, dog-friendly places, and more.  We are here to help you sort out what you can see and do within the time frame and budget you're working with.  We can make restaurant and hotel recommendations and can even make your reservations for you.  If you are travelling with a larger group and would like dinner reservations with a set menu, we can also help you with this.  Do you want us to create a party for you with music or entertainment?  Just ask us what is possible!  We can help you with art workshops, cooking classes, lectures and more.....

While we can only assist you with regions we are familiar with, we also do a lot of scouting for our tours and have contacts in various areas.  Once you contact us, we will let you know whether or not we can help you.  

COSTS

Your 1 hour consultation fee of $500 MXN is waived if you book a self-guided tour with us.

For a basic itinerary, we charge a flat $2000 Pesos + $100 Pesos per day you are traveling.  So if you are on a 10 day trip, the cost will be $3000 Pesos for us to organize your time table in detail, based on your own interests.  

 

If you would like us to make your hotel reservations, add $100 Pesos per reservation.

If you would like us to make restaurant reservations, add $100 Pesos per reservation.

​

You can book day tours, cooking classes and art workshops through us if we have them available.  We can discuss this during your consultation.

HOW IT WORKS

After our 1 hour consultation, we will create a tour overview for you.  Once you accept the overview, we will charge you a 50% deposit based on how long your trip is.  At this point, we will nail down your itinerary in detail, tweaking it with you until we have it perfected for your interests.  

If you would like us to book your hotels, we will send you an invoice for the cost of the hotels and itinerary balance, as we will need to pay the hotels to confirm the reservations.  

 

If you prefer to book your own hotels, we will send you an invoice for the balance of your itinerary.
