Chiapas is famed for her incredible textiles, and the weavings and embroidery in Zinacantan is very famous among collectors for the exquisite flower patterns that have continued to evolve over many decades.  We will help guests discern between handmade and machine embroidered pieces, though even the machine embroidery is completed on manual machines, rather than computers, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike.
